How to change your voicemail greeting and pin on Ring Central Mobile application

1. Once signed into the Ring Central mobile application, go to your initials on the top left of your screen. 
2. Click the PHONE tab 
3. Click Voicemail 
4. Click Record New Greeting to create a personalized voicemail greeting and click Change pin to create a new voicemail pin.

How to Silence Incoming Calls on your mobile device

How to silence incoming calls on mobile application (VISUAL on page 3):

 1. Log into the Ring Central mobile app
 2. Click your initials on the top left
 3. Click “PHONE"
 4. Silent Incoming Calls has a toggle switch. If you switch it to be blue, the app
 will be off, and you will not receive any calls to your mobile app. If the toggle
 switch is white, the app is on, and you will receive calls to your mobile app
