RingCentral has some really neat features that are available through the Mobile App, the Desktop App or through the Web Interface.
Login using 
Messaging - You can send and receive messages from within RingCentral. It's also easy to create Teams (group chats) to communicate with.
Video Calls - RingCentral has Zoom-like video conferencing built into the app/web interface. You can easily start a video call, schedule future calls, share your screen, etc.
Text Messages - You can send and receive text messages using your RCDS phone number from within RingCentral. This is a great feature if you don't want to share your personal cell number. Instead you can text using your RCDS phone number!
Faxes - You can send and receive faxes from within the RingCentral app or web interface using your RCDS phone number. We tested this today and it works really well!
